Cancellation and return policies

Canceling an order before delivery

If the order is canceled before the delivery person arrives, the cancellation is free of charge, without any additional fees.

Cancellation after delivery person arrives

If the delivery person has already arrived and the delivered product corresponds to the order and does not have any visible defects, but the customer refuses to accept the delivery, then the delivery fee of 1000 AMD is retained.
